feeling thankful!

the hubby, remington and i leave tomorrow for some much needed r & r for the next 6 days. thank goodness. after months of traveling weekend after weekend, i can not wait to be with my family and do nothing but give aj love, and remington lots of kisses. so, i will try and update sparrow branch but may not have enough energy to turn on my computer due to being in a food coma the majority of our vacation. that is the hope at least!

i can not believe it has taken me so long to post something about the recent announcement of miss kate middleton and prince william. o.m.g. the wedding is going to be out of this world!! i absolutely loved the navy dress she chose for their engagement announcement as she always looks so chic and flawless. and her engagement ring...its perfect. i simply can not wait for their wedding!

im back. i promise!

wow. ive been totally mia. so, so sorry!

the past few weeks have been jam packed and i have literally had no time to update sparrow branch (imagine how full my tivo is!). life is finally calming down and i am back, ready to blog! this past week i visited san fran and napa valley for my fab bestie, miss sarah kernion's bachelorette party, and it could not have been more fun. here is a snap shot of some pics from the weekend. will probably go down in history as the best.weekend.ever!

for those of you who have been following my blog for a while, you know how much i love bobbi brown makeup. their lotions, creams, toners, eye shadows, bronzers, basically everything. except, for their lip gloss. i have been an avid supporter of chanels lip gloss for years instead due to its tacky free finish. however, chanel lip gloss color does not stay put for very long.



well, a few weeks ago i got my makeup done at bobbi brown and they used this rich color gloss on me. i was instantly sold! this particular gloss is tacky free, has long lasting color, and there are great shades to chose from. plus, it is only $20 instead of chanels $35. done and done!
